Doesn't it just come down to where you were born and how you were raised that ultimately determines your beliefs. i live in the bible belt, in SC. maybe this isnt the view everywhere. but it just bothers me that people dont look outside the box and think that other religions could be right, as well as their own. if the bible thumper that lives next door were actually born in saudi arabia, that person would be just as steadfast about islam as he is now to christianity. but instead, he was born in the bible belt, so he stands true to christianity and everything else is wrong. why would God only show himself to a very small portin of the worlds population and leave everybody to burn in hell? is it not possible in all his glory and power to show himself through other religions too?

what i believe about religons and matter of hell and heaven, i.e what people will be thrown in hell and who in heavens.

suppose religion A is true one, and you born in a belt where religion B is practising, and through out your life you didnt find time and chance to study true religion A then you died , now if you believe that you will be thrown in hell. its not true .

god has created many religions over period of times , and gods instructions through divine books and prophets were for people of some era or region. history tells us that during one time many religions were being practised in world simultanously. e.g religion z for one zone and religion y for other geological zone, being preached by true represntatives of god i.e prophets. every religion was bit different according to social conditions and according to matters that need to be adressed in certain society. e.g the social issues in usa are differnt from issues in middle east.

god will decide fate of every indivisaul according to religion he followed. if you followed christianity and followed it with heart and obey to all rules that were laid down by bible and live a poise life, and commit no sin, that is accordring to your religion is sin. then surely you will be in heavens no matter even if christianity is not true religion. same wise if a muslim or jew follow his religion with heart and commit no sin which is sin according to his religion, no matter if islam or jewism is not true religion that sincere follower will be in heavens.

sin or crime is , that if you think or convinced by certain things that religion A is true and you revealed this thing while practising religion B, and you didnt trasnformed to true religion what you think or believe is true , then certainly you will be in hell to burn.

now one can ask if any one dont follow any religon or born and died in that part of world where no one give him concept of religion or god, then how his fate will be decided. every society even in tribes of africa, there are some norms , good things to do, bad things not to do, suppose a person of african tribes, living in jungle , if he followed the existing laws of his society, and if he is good person accordring to all norms and laws of that society, then god will do justice with him, and put him in heavens.
i hope this will help you in understading of god and its justice with his own creation and whom to put in hell and in heavens.

I would like to point out that for all the atheists you see being very vocal and incendiary about religious beliefs, there are equally many if not more theists doing the very same thing toward atheists, whether they happen to be in that subgroup or not. This isn't a reflection on you or the people you speak about that keep to themselves, but you should be aware that it's the loonies on the far ends of the spectrum that keep this tension going, nothing else. With that in mind, you have the right to believe what you like and shouldn't avoid belief because you're afraid of what others will think. Life is far too short to be consumed by appealing to others. By the time you've satisfied them, there will be nothing left of you.

A lot of Religions has strayed from the true Bible teachings, and that is wrong.

The true Religion is the one that teaches strictly from the Bible and keeps all Ten of Gods Commandments, such as the Seventh-Day Adventist's.

But no doubt that God does have many people in many different Religions.

We shouldn't be so judgemental, after all God does say "judge not least you be judged".

We should all respect each other, even the atheist and nonbeliever deserves respect.

God Bless and have a Blessed New Year...

I f you have ever felt the presence of God you will know,I am a Christian but not religious meaning that it is carnel or man-made We believers feel His annointing(Christ) as I am sure you do being pulled to God is a very special thing He said my sheep know my voice .In the bible I have never read that Jesus was religious and i believe that the members of the church are all of us who build His church (upon this rock i will build my church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it)the buildings are just that buildings, arguements are so uncalled for and fruitless

Religion is like a comic book. Some publishers only sell them in certain areas. Simple explanation. If you consider for one moment that religion is a fantasy and GOD DOES NOT EXIST, then it all makes sense. The world makes sense, people make sense, everything... makes... sense...

I don't believe you are correct in your theory that your environment makes that big of a difference. I was born and raised in Utah, I am not a Mormon. It is my contention that God Himself called me to be His child. Reject that if you must but your misguided attack won't change truth that God has shown me... Jim

Because people are arrogant and assume no one else could possibly be right. Only them.

I also live in the bible belt. I feel your pain!

Some people have wisdom, some don't. Wisdom comes from God so how do you expect ungodly people to have wisdom? Where you are born doesn't keep you from knowing the truth. The "Bible Thumper" is only trying to lead you to Right--------eousness.

This is a very good question, I have often pondered the same thoughts. Doesn't it really boil down to good/evil love/dominion
sharing/controling. fellowship/judging, Doesn't it just boil down to what is your choice? choose love and out of this place

When it comes to religion and politics, everyone is an expert. When it comes to eternity, there are only two choices. And you better get that one right!
