That wasn't a question chattygrl but hay, since you're in the 11th Grade I think people should give you a break. It isn't that difficult to find your previous questions now is it?!
But yes, I agree, the death penalty wasn't a good idea. But then I don't hold with capital punishment at all. But on a purely practical level - it makes a martyr of him and executing him at the start of Eid was stupid. Though you can't necessarily blame the US authorities for that.
And as for the US and Bush, sure, originally he was an ally. But then the US government has supported a number of dubious rulers or regimes in their quest for world 'stability'.
The whole thing is a mess if you ask me and executing Saddam wasn't helpful at all.

i get you mate, don't fret. think you have a pretty good idea of how the world views america, but don't be too down on yourself. personally, i think that your foreign policy is shocking (although only slightly worse than ours - britain) but the american people are all smashing! you just have a terrible knack of electing idiots... twice....
