I've tried it and was violently ill and cranky and quit the second day. If you have great willpower, go for it. Beyonce lost like 20-25 lbs. in 2 weeks!

If you are referring to the Master Cleanse system. It wasn't really intended to be a diet. Its original intention was to purfiy the system by cleaning out the toxins in your system. One of the side benefits was losing some weight.

I think its only good for crash diet to lose alot of weight in a very short amount of time. Its very unsafe to do for an extended period of time. Even if you lose 20 lbs in two weeks like Beyonce did... you'd gain it back without alot of maintenance.

Yes, but it is successful on a short term (for few pounds). This is a fad diet and not too successful if you plan to slim down more than 10 pounds.
