The population count wouldn't matter, it doesn't matter how many people play the lotto, what matters is how many combinations of numbers there is out there.

The odds of winning the California Super Lotto is 1 in 18 million.

Take a population count, you'll probably have a 3million outta 1 chance (probably less) likely chance of winning the lotto. Unless god thinks you deserve more than any of the 3 million (or more) people.

better try all the number combinations of the lotto then you might have at least 1 out of a million chances..

i think i remember 80 million to 1 as the odds for a 6+1 like the powerball ,but you can always flip the ticket over as it is printed real small on the back of most of them
