cant gurls do the same as guys like burp in public or pass gas why do we always have to hold everything in?

Ask yourself that. It's your body, do whatever you want with it. It burping and passing gas freely makes you happier, than do so.

Don't let society mold your views about what is "normal" behavior. Every person is different and they should do whatever the need to in order to be happy. As long as it doesn't cause harm to another (without their permission).

Whether someone else considers it "normal" or "proper" is their problem.

As I understand it, in Japan, a small burp is a compliment and in many other cultures, it is acceptable for women and men to let body gasses out.

I dont know, I like it when girls do stuff like that. Even though it's gross, it shows that she's human and can laugh at herself. Those are the type of girls I fall in love with, the ones that burp and fart.
