k I'm just like you and with some work it will work itself off. Well I joined sites that encourage you while losing weight. I did gym 3-4times a week and if I was not near a gym I went for an hr brisk walk. Cutting back on junk food and alcohol is a great help also.
Now I'm not saying I starve myself. I eat healthy and have chocolate as a treat once a week. I still head out but drink glasses with ice rather than pints...
Simple everyday things just need adjustments. You must also remember you will not notice anything overnight and don't constantly weigh yourself everyday.
So mostly exercise regularly, eat and drink well and you will succeed. All the best....

Genetically, I have a super fast metabolism. I seem to stay skinny no matter how much food or fat I eat. It can be annoying because I am hungry all the time and lose too much weight whenever I get severely sick or have oral surgery for dental problems. My goal is the opposite of yours-to gain some weight to be more shapely and in a hope my breasts will get bigger by gaining weight. But even if you don't have a genetically fast metabolism you can still lose weight and stay skinny with the help of a registered dietitian. Dieticians specialize in nutrition and meal planning.

This is what I do and I stay skinny. Nothing big though
#1 thing is, I do NOT eat at mcdonalds or burger king or taco bell regularly. I eat at Taco bell maybe once every 3 weeks, but thats the only fast food I eat. I have a coffee shop nearby that sells organic sandwiches and vegetable chips and they are expensive but not more than you'd pay for a big mac combo, and it makes me feel better to eat healthy.
#2. I drink soda, but I dont drink diet or splenda soda. It actually makes you gain weight. When I'm at work, I get a 20 oz (regular) Dr.Pepper from the machine and drink that all day. Sometimes I have another 12 oz when I get home but I like tea better. Try getting iced tea, go half sweet half unsweet to cut down on the sugar if you like, but its not really something you need to worry about. Just dont drink a lot of soda, drink it in moderation.
#3. I walk a lot at my job but if you cant do that, exercise while you're watching TV or something. Dont just sit if you can help it.
5. I dont eat twinkies or little debbie cakes or stuff like that. When I get hungry I eat pretzels, popcorn, or crackers and cheese. If you must have something sweet, get something sweet, but dont eat something that is total fat. You can pour a small glass of root beer and put a scoop of vanilla ice cream in it and it wont hurt you much. You can also make coffee and put whipped cream on top (a little).
I eat all this stuff and I stay thin so I guess you can too. I only gain weight if I dont walk around a lot and if I eat fast food. Hope this helps!

majority of the time is genetics and you're probably gorgeous the way you are but if you are looking to loose some weight, run, work out, eat less junk/fatty/sugary foods. Dont eat 3 major meals in the day..eat a big breakfast..have a snack like an apple a few hours later..a normal side lunch..then have another snack a few hours later then have a small supper and dont eat after supper. The less you eat at night the better becaue your body doesn't have as much time to wear it off. eating 5 meals will speed up your metabilism. Hope I helped.

im naturally skinny and i hate it....but i kno every trick to stay and become skinny....its best to eat small meals more often, stay away from foods high in carbs...(your breads, patatoes, and pastas)....no need to count calories, jus make sure that for every minute u spend eating u work out for 5....jus follow a strict meal plan...nd dont go on a diet, they dont last, as soon as u get off of it u put the weight bak on + some...

eat right. it took me a while to get that. this may seem a little weird, but if u want, put pictures of modles on ur fridge. they will remind u that u are trying to lose weight when u are going for the chocolate chunk ice cream;)
work out, too. not too much or u could get sick, but a couple of laps around a track should do. it u don't have a track nearby, try jogging around the neighborhood. good luck!

plenty of exercise take up a class lik boxing or dancing. try not 2 calorie count. really it all depends on portion sizes. so u can eat wtvr u want it just depends on how much you need to eat and how much u actually eat. try drinkin lots of water case de-hydration can b misunderstood as hunger.
but most of all try to keep motivted, try to think where u think u will be in a few months time and just learn 2 live with ur body type and size case u only live once!! happy new year! hope this has helped x

Diet and exercise! Some people have great genes and can do whatever they want, but what you eat is very important. And exercise is important not only for weight control but also to keep your body healthy as well.
