OK...
Preheat oven to 350...
Slice Potatoes very thin,
Use a baking pan 2" x 12" x 16" or so.
Place a layer 1/2" thick of sliced potatoes, sprinkle flour over the layer 2-4 tablespoons or so, then add a few pats of butter.
Repeat until you have filled pan to within 3/4" from top. Pour milk on top of potatoes until they are just covered.
Place chicken breasts on top of pan, spice to your desire, I use salt, pepper and season salt for chicken.

Bake in oven for about 45 min. or until potatoes are done. You may need to cover chicken with foil to prevent over browning.

Enjoy!

OH, Be sure to place a baking pan under the dish in the oven in case it over flows! Been there!

"Golden Scalloped Potatoes" - 8 servings

1/4 cup butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
3 cups milk
5 large Yukon gold potatoes; peeled and thinly sliced

In large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until smooth; gradually add milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir 2 minutes or until thickened and bubbly.
Place potatoes in greased 9" square baking dish; add sauce and stir gently to coat. Cover and bake at 325* - 30 minutes. Uncover; bake 30-40 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender.

The simplest recipe for baking chicken breast would be to drizzle them with bottled Italian salad dressing (or combine a packet of Onion Soup Mix with 2 to 3 tbsp. olive or vegetable oil, and shake with chicken) - then bake.
