Work out with weights that are heavy to you, (i.e; 6-8 repetition range), and drink half a gallon of skim or whole milk a day. Include protein powder of some sort as well, if you wish.
Perform squats (start light, this is a form before weight exercise!), the bench press, and deadlifts (another important form before weight exercise!)..
Realistically, if you lift proper weight (with good form), slowly increase the weight you're lifting, and work on those exercises, you will gain that 15 pounds you want in 2 or less months.
This is not pure muscle I'm referring to. It's water weight, and small amounts of muscle, which you've gained. Muscle is difficult to amass quickly, without steroids.
It's called the "Milk squats" routine, btw.
You will become noticably stronger.

Well, i'm younger than you and I weigh 120. I still exercise and eat well, I am just really tall. I reccomend that you try to work out and exercise to build up some body mass, but at the same time eat some foods that will give you the calories and carbs that you can burn off. Maybe even eat more carbs and calories than you burn off so you can get a little heavier.
I hope this helps!!!

How tall are you? You might be the perfect size already. If you really want to gain some weight you could start by actually lifting them. Gain some muscle and tone up. You don't have to gain 15 pounds if it but it's either that or you could seriously reduce your level of activity and eat a lot of high calorie foods. Trust me, it's easier than you think.

If you want to gain healthy muscle weight, keep a nutritious and balanced diet, along with a little bit of exercise every day. Have a healthy dose of carbs and protein in the morning (like bread, cereal, and eggs), go for a quick lunch, and have yourself a protein filled dinner (like a can of tuna or salmon, or lots of meats). Remember to drink alot of water to keep hydrated. You'll hit 120 within weeks.

Well for starters you don't want to be eating unhealthy for sure. You ought to make an appointment with a nutritionist and start lifting weights. If you say your skinny the weight lifting will build body mass, and eating more protein, or you could start drinking protein drinks along with eating regularly. Good Luck

gain wait? is this about sports? possibly football or wrestling? well, i suggest you not gain wait, but instead gain muscle. this adds weight to your total body mass index. start working out by lifting simple weights and practice a routine daily. i have very skinny arms, so i do this because for some reason fat doesn't go to my arms and ends up in my thighs. ugh.
