So I've worked with this guy for over a year, and just lately he been differnt. Like we went a club as friends. Yersday he put whip cream in my hair and all over my shirt.... couple days before that he asked me to teach how to change his oil in his car.. hes kinda a girly man and teach how to do lauary... so im confused i dont know what do ... he ask me to go club again... im stuck in friend zone or he likes me and wants to spend time with im just confused..

First, girls are almost never in the "friend zone" that is almost exclusive for guys. Guys will 99/100 give up a friendship with a girl for even the slightest chance of sex down the line.
Second, this guy sounds really really gay. Not that there is nothing wrong with that. But I am a guy, I have tons of female friends, once in awhile a bunch of use (like 5 guys 6 girls) will go to a club as just friends, but not once, not ever would any 1 guy ask 1 girl to go with him to a club as "just friends." That is only something "girlfriends" do, only girlfriends go to club just for fun. Guys go to clubs for one reason to hook up.

Do you like him? Normally if a guy gives you lots of attention they like you. He may just be flirting. If he calls you or textx or sends you emails he is thinking about you. You can keep it on the friend level or go out with him again and see where it goes.

Really the best option is to ask him but it sounds as though he likes you. Go clubing with him and see where it goes from there.

maybe mention this to him. if you ask a guy what's going on in his head, he'll usually answer you truthfully. just ask him how he feels then calmly tell him how you feel without freaking out or being mean or whatever.
