Why dont you just talk to him? I dont mean asking him if he still likes you, but just have a friendly conversation with him. If he still has feelings for you they will start to come out. Start by being friends and see what happens next.

Why not just let it happen? Stay friendly and open to him without chasing him down. He will come to you if he gets the right signal.
You might have to use some restraint however. If you are too eager to please, you might end up giving without getting what you want. Take it slow.
