Before you use something over the counter perhaps you should see the dermatologist to make sure that is what you should be using. I used to work in the medical field and have seen patients use OTC products only to have a major problem afterwards. That is just a suggestion, but you could also speak to the pharmacist and get their professional opinion.

I have an acne treatment that has won me the best answer ten times. Each time, the person said it worked great. I'll copy and paste it below.

Use a hot compress on it, and then use cool water to close the pores. Do the process over and over again, about five or six times. Use soap to wash the area, and then treat it with an alcohol soaked cotton ball. It should be gone within five to six hours.

Clear Care acne treatment. I have breakouts all the time and it works really good. There are a few different types of this product, so just use whatever you think will work the best for you.

from my experiences i try not to use any acne products cause they tend to dry out your skin so you can pop them.

your diet also plays a big role in how many zits you'll get, if you have started eating anything differently around the time they all started showing up, chances are they're the cause.

avoid eating it for a while and if it goes away, you have your culprit.

If you can only get to WalMart or similar, L'Oreal makes a new acne treatment system. I believe it's under $20.

baby wipes - they work great to clean the skin. Try the Pampers Sensitive or the Pampers ones with aloe.
Also, try some Clear Aloe Vera gel as a treatment for oily skin.

I'm sorry to tell you Walmart has many products but any of them worked for me. I use Pro- Active and believe me this has been THE BEST CHOICE FOR ME, GREAT RESULTS! NO, I DO NOT WORK FOR THEM , BUT I SHOULD MAKE ONE OF THEIR TESTIMONIALS COMMERCIALS. It really changed my skins health and appearance. Try it, it's the only way to know. I t may cost you a little more , but it works!
