All my life i had problem with my weight. Once i reached to 100 KG/like 225 LBS (pounds) at that point I realized that it is too much and I have to get rid of this extra weight. But there were so many problems to lose it. I read books asked people for advise. . Every thing was complicated and made me confuse, I starved my self but it didn’t work. I had headache every day, felt dizziness, sometime I felt like I m dying. I wasn’t able to move my body. in short I tried everything and became miserable, just lost 10 Lbs. or 5 kgs . then I made my own plan .and lost 22 KG/45 Lbs.first thing is to cut your calories and do exercise. Count your calories what ever you eat. important thing is to avoid all fry food. to lose weight, take only 1200 to 1500 calories only. Divide these calories between breakfast, lunch and dinners.
300 Cal for BREAKFAST,
500 Cal for LUNCH,
500 Cal for DINNER,
200 Cal for between meals.
Read about calories, make your plan, and think what you can eat how can you make something for yourself with fewer calories. Its fun to do. I enjoyed a lot. it kept me busy , so I didn’t get time to think what to eat. An old trick put your own picture(in which u look very heavy) on fridge with another picture in which you are looking v good and slim. Or any your favorite persons picture. Whatever works for you to motivate you to lose weight.
1.First thing in the morning when you wake up.
in hot(boiled) cup of water. dip one teabag(any tea or slimming tea)
and cover it for one minute. Then remove the teabag and SQUEEZ
one LEMON in it with one Table spoon HONEY and drink it.(warm)
2.In breakfast calculate calories and eat within 300.its all up to you what you want to eat. (In limit)
3.If you feel hungry can eat any fruit, or whatever under 100 calories.
4.For lunch whatever under 300Cal.
5.Between meals under 100Cal
6.Dinner under 300 Cal.
7.Exercise every day for 45 minutes, start it with 10 minutes.6 to 7 days.
I bought JANE Fonda’s workout VHS for workout.if you don’t like exercise, dance on very fast music: )
Buy a rope, and do skipping 100 times every day. Start it with 50 times.
Believe me you will lose 20 KG /44 Lbs in 3 months.

You are not burning. That is why you are not feeling hungry any more. When you don't eat, your body realizes you are not getting any "fuel", so it cuts down on burning in order to save energy. So when you are on a diet, you need to eat often, in order to burn. Otherwise your metabolism gets worse. It doesn't matter what you eat, you can eat a fruit or a toastie or a salad or something small every couple of hours, but you must eat something in order to start burning! If you ate a cookie you would burn less than what you would eat, because a cookie has fat and bad carbs (sugar). You need to take your carbs from wholegrain cereals and fruit, and the fat from dairies, olives or meat. And veg and salads are the best to help you burn but not get calories.

You don't have my approval, and you are very stupid. You are not burning fat. You are not losing weight. You are not healthy. You have low blood sugar and cannot concentrate on anything.
What the hell is a "starvation diet" anyway? If you're starving yourself, then there is NO diet! Who came up with this crap? How gullible do you have to be to fall for this?
Your body stores fat like a warehouse. The food you eat runs the factory that moves fat out of the warehouse. So by not eating, your fat just sits there getting fatter.

Oh, my dear. I did the same thing in between 9th and 10th grades. I did lose 42 pounds over the summer. I looked good but there was a down side. I was about 15 yrs. old, and I have absolutely NO energy at all. I couldn't even walk any distances without having to stop. This may sound old fashioned but I recommend it for everyone. (But you must check with your doctor first.) Check out Weight Watchers. I later lost 76 pounds in 8 months. That was with eating healthy (AND ENOUGH) to satisfy me. I had some exercise machines at home, I used them and walked alot for the exercise part. You don't need to starve yourself, that's all in the mind. I wish you the best of luck. I hope you at least try it. I heard on tv that you can even do it online now.

I think you meant meat; but I'm right there with ya. I'm gonna make the baby-back ribs I got yesterday for my lunch. I had a sausage egg 'N cheese breakfast sandwich earlier. And I think I'll make the big ole ham I got tonight for dinner too. Ooh and I'll put pork gravy on mashed potatoes. And for the kids' snack I'll make tuna on crackers. Hahaha; MEAT EATERS UNITE!!! Hi, You are burning muscle unfortunately. Depending on your metabolism you will be hungry in 1-3 days. Your body shuts down when you starve. Pick out things you like - whole foods like bananas apples grapes and eat those. For protein you can eat nuts. I know it's difficult, I'm totally addicted to food yet lost 30# last year. You're not burning fat. You're burning your muscle. Your body has probably gone into starve mode which is where it takes muscle and stores it as fat. Starving doesn't do anything. You will probably lose weight (not fat) if you do that constantly but you will also get weak, dizzy, your hair might start to get thin and fall out, your skin will get saggy because it has no muscle tone whatsoever.

I starved myself for 5 weeks...I was hungry all the time and I had a constant headache. It's easy not to eat for just one day...you must continue for at least 1week to see a good result.
