Split from my bf 2 years ago but still love him, hes the first Person i think about when i wake and go to sleep thinking about, stayed single because never met anyone to match him, to top it i slept with him on new years and now hes not texting me back..... help me someboday

i dont think its love anymore but more infatuation now. of course he slept with you b/c guys really dont care it seems like. he knew he could have you, and so he did. no strings fun, and didnt have to worry about any drama behind it. i have a girl who i used to date that i know if i called right now, and said come over, we are DOING IT. she would b/c she wants to still be with me. the best way is to keep talking to all kinds of guys and gals to take your mind off of him, if it was a matter of months, yes i could see that you are still feeling the way you do. dont ever compare him to other guys. everyone is different, and you HAVE to understand that. comparing qualities between two guys is SO wrong, and you will not have a happy relationship if you get into one if you think you might just do that. realize that you got played! as blunt as that sounds, its true, and it hurts. been there, done that. you will make a guy very happy, so just wait, and it is going to happen. just open your eyes ALL THE WAY to see what's around you & you just might catch a better guy just yet. good luck ok!?!?

Not texting you back may possibly be giving you a hint. Be patient and let him come to you, if he doesnt, then you should look at it as though it just wasnt meant to be, and it is time to move forward without him, without any bitterness or hard feelings, keeping only the good memories close to your heart. As much as it hurts you love a man who no longer has interest in you just the sex. It happens to the best of us. You have to keep all of you to yourself and go on with your life. There is someone else out there that will have all of you.

yeah you messed up with having sex with him now he might just see you as a booty call...you should have asked him how he felt before doing that...if i were you i would just move on to something new and try something else its a new year!

you need to come clean with yourself and admit why you slept with him if it was to "win him back" that was not the way to do it - sorry but youve been used. talk to him get everything off your chest. be honest with the both of you.
