First of all, get over yourself. Losing weight fast is never the safe way.

I could go on and on about what to do in great detail, but in the end the answer is simple. It's a fool-proof way, that never fails. It simply cannot fail. Don't try and fad diets, they might work for a while, but ultimatley she will re-gain the weight. Those diets also tend to just reduce the amount of water and muscle in your body. So, to lose weight without worry just burn more calories than you eat. Remember, about 3500 calories equal one pound. Now, a normal girl should only be eating what like 2300 calories per day, so obviously you can't take this all off at once. You may lose weight faster then 1lb per day, but that weight is not fat.. and it will be back. Generally if you cut a few hundred cals per day you would healthily be losing about a pound per week, which is very offsetting. Your results will probably be better than a pound a week, but technically that is a healthy amount. Just make sure to exercise, and watch the calories (avoid starches and sodium aswell...). Enjoy foods with lots of protiens, that are low in sugar. Also keep in mind that it has taken her x amount of years to gain the 220 lbs, so she cant expect to take half of that off in 2 or 3 months.

You say that YOU want her to be a perfect 110. What about her feelings? And are you making her feel ashamed of herself when you express how concerned you are? This might all lead up to anorexia or bulimia on her part if she's scared to put any weight on. I think it might be better if you have a talk with her, and if SHE wants to lose the weight and is willing to talk to a doctor about it, then make an appointment. Let her do the talking. I'm not trying to put you down, I am just concerned for her feelings. I know you love her.

If you want her to be a "perfect" 110, it will never happen. You are expecting too much, and she will eat just to spite you.

Fast is not healthy, nor is it long term.

What you need to do is encourage a healthy diet and exercise. The best way you can do this is by example. Keep only healthy foods in the house. Serve low calorie meals. Exercise together.

She needs to develop habits that will last a lifetime. She may also benefit from nutritional and psychological counseling. If she thinks your love for her is tied to her weight, she's going to be one messed up kid and will only get heavier.

jog for 20 minutes at least 4 times a week.
if she does this she will lose weigth for sure.
you dont have to worry too much about a diet a soon as she is jogging or running.
i know the first days are hard but as the time goes on she has to get used to it.
and she will be running farther too. or joging further.
is just as simple as that man i dont understand why people dont understand that is this simple they just dont want to run or be active.
just eat healthy and you dont need a diet
iam 19 years old and i dont think diets are good.
all you have to do is eat healthy.
and dont eat to much carbohydrates at nigth.
i dont mean that running or jogging is the only way to do exercise or lose weigth but i am sure is the best of all.
you can also do many other things like go play basketball or go for a bike ride with her you can take this or do this as a bonus.THE POINT HERE IS THAT YOU HAVE TO BE MOVING YOUR BODY DONT STAY ALL THE TIME IN THE SAME PLACE.BE ACTIVE!

She cannot, I'm afraid! How long did it take for your daughter to gain that much weight? Did she gain that much weight over a night that you'd like her to lose it over a night? You cannot lose weight fast and safe, It takes time and you gotta face it. Just be patient, check with a doctor and do as you're told.

There is a VERY SLIM chance that you are in perfect health if your kid is over 100 lbs overweight. Pun intended.

depending on her actual age, concider seeing a professional first.

try a waist band.

And do the simple stuff. WATER, NO CRAP FOOD. This includes all fast food, restaurant food (unless sushi), sweets, candy and soda. Try eating veggies and fruits. I hear they are healthy.
