Although her VISA is from 11 Aug.06 to 11 Feb.07 she arrives in UK on Nov.06.What I understand is, you can Enter UK WITHIN that period and the 6 months starts when you actually landed British soil. Will somebody clarify this, please. Does she need to Apply for VISA Extension to stay beyond 11 Feb.07, if is so, where to get an Application Form, where to SEND/Apply, etc?

from ukvisas website -

The "expiry" date reflects the date on which the entry clearance and leave to enter are no longer effective. After this date the entry clearance will not be valid for travel to the UK, nor will it confer leave to enter.

sounds to me like you have to leave by the end of the visa i.e. 11th february.
if she is here on a visit visa the homeoffice cant extend for further visit visa. she should ngo back and re-apply.

From the date as stamped on the Visa! You will have to apply to the embassy of her country.
