There is an old saying that goes "Love the sinner, hate the sin". It applies to evereyone, but God especially. Think of a child and his parents. The child has just hit his sister after being told not to and is not penitent. The parents are upset that their son has disobeyed, and they duly discipline him. Do they love him any less? Have they disowned him because he is disobedient? No, they love him just as much as before.
Humans have an annoying habit of assuming that some sins are more serious than others (myself included). We think that lying about whether or not we spilled mayonnaise on the rug is not as sinful as assassinating the President or stealing a nuke to use as a garden decoration. In God's eyes, disobedience is disobedience. What rule was broken is pretty much irrelevant in the long run, but rather that a rule was broken, period. If he can love someone who fibbed a little about a teaspoon of mayonnaise, then he can love a serial killer.

Yes, God does love everyone even murderers. God loves everyone it is the sins and the actions of the person that God does not love. God will even forgive the person of these hideous crimes if they repent of their sins and obey his word and become a Christian. Before Paul became a Christian he was persecuting Christians and doing horrible things to them but God loved him still and forgave him.

Yes, He does. Every day He tries desperately to reach these sinners because He wants to save EVERYONE, but not everyone will be saved, because not everyone WANTS to be saved. There will be murderers and criminals in Heaven, only because they asked God to forgive them for their crimes. Murderers and criminals who do not ask for the saving blood of Christ will not be allowed into Heaven. Even Moses was a murderer; Mary Magdalene was a prostitute; Peter betrayed Christ; David committed adultery - but I have a feeling they'll all be in Heaven. Thank God we are not judged according to our own acts (if we were, we'd ALL be in trouble), but according to our relationship to Christ. Despite our sins, have we made Him our Lord and Savior?

God loves us all, equally.regardless of the person's history..But, He doesn't love the evil deeds(sins) that we do. However God has a forgiving heart and is willing to forgive us if we repent(have a change of mind) from our evil(sinful) ways and do what's right, according to the Word of God.

it says in the bible he does, so you can go around killing and rapeing anyone as long as you ask for forgiveness and say your sorry then you'll still get into heaven free of charge. it seems a little unfair all these Cristian's never breaking the law or saying a bad thing about anyone(apart from atheists or anyone who doesn't love and obay god or any one gay) they might as well do what they like, they will be forgiven.

Yes, God is Love and can do nothing else.

However there is a difference between love of a person and approval of their actions.

This same difference between love and approval also happens when human parents love their wayward children

With love in Christ.

God loves everyone, unless you are a queer or believe in a different religion. Then he hates you and sends you to Hell for all eternity.

Yes, he does. He won't turn his back on anyone until Judgement day. Then if you haven't accepted Jesus, that is when he will say that you are not going to enter heaven
