Sell it, if you can, and get something more reliable.

If besides these 3 items, and you have been giving it regular maintenance and timing belt changes, you're looking about about 1K to fix these things. And then it should be good for a couple of years more. But if you can afford to buy a new corolla or a used one for about $5-6K, it will be newer with more features and conveniences and more reliable. If you choose to sell, it's better to sell it as is. Another alternative is the check with a local auto body shop to see how much they will charge to fix or replace the fender/hood.. somethings they can fix this and don't have to replace which could have lower cost. See if the cost is justified.. and have mechanic estimate the cost to repair the a/c and find out the cost. After fix these 3 things, you may choose to keep the car and save some $$$.

It would probably cost you more to fix it up than to sell it the way it is. You are lucky to have gotten that many miles on it.
I had a Corolla for many years and also put about 150,000 miles on it before I sold it.
Check on KellyblueBook.com. The value is probably around $2,000 for your vehicle.

Offer it for sale for $750, and perhaps you'll get $500 for it. Forget about trading it in. No dealer wants it.

Sell it and cut your losses. This vehicle is not getting any younger or prettier. Any money you will spend on it you will never see it back. Sorry but thats the automotive game. Take the money you get and buy a newer more reliable vehicle.
