Most pills can assist you with losing weight as long as you maintain a healthy diet and exercise program.....believe me even the best pills in the world will not work if you dont do the other "two" things......yes slimquick is a good buy...make sure you do not take more than the recommended dosage because it will have reverse results if you do.....

I haven't heard about that diet pill in particular, but I'm taking a pill called "Hydroxycut Hardcore" and it really works. I loose half a pound a day doing almost nothing, and when I excercise, I loose about 18 pounds in one month.

diet pills arent good for you. if youcan just watch what u eat. i lost 45 pounds in 3,5 months without any pills or anything of the sort.
