One thing is how to pronounce the Italian alphabet and another one is how to pronounce the words since they're not regularly following the sound of any single letter.
Spelling in Italian is
A = A
B = Bi
C= Ci
D = Di -
E = E
F = Effe
G = Gi
H = Acca
I = i
L = elle
M = emme
N = enne
O = o
P = Pi
Q = qu
R = erre
S = esse
T = Ti
U = u
V = vu (por vi)
Z = zeta

J = gei
K = kappa
W = vu doppia (o vi doppia) o doppia vu -vi
Y = ipsilon
X = ics

One link (in Italian) is

Go here: http://www.cyberitalian.com/html/alphabet.htm - this provides the alphabet with the pronunciation as you hover your mouse over the illustrations! I love this site, and it helped me remember the Italian alphabet just like that!
