There are to ways I make my hair shiny and look healthy.
1. I wash my hair with shampoo, and then when it comes to the conditioner part i squeeze out all the excess water and put in the conditioner. Then I Tied it in a bun and leave it in my hair for about 2 hours and then i wash it out. It really works great. (I GOT THIS TIP FROM MY HAIR STYLIST)
2. I buy this shine serum you put on your hair and it makes your hair shiny. Its about $3.99 a bottle and it is very inexpensive. It is called "Citre Shine". It makes your hair look Fab.
I hope this helps.
Shawna. =)

I used to have the same problem. There are two things you can do that help tremendously. First, invest in a flat iron. You can get decent one from walmart that wont break the bank. This will make your hair super silky and shiny. The first week I began to use one I received numerous compliments. Secondly, buy some pomade or smoothing serum. I personally use Biolage smoothing serum. The bottle will last you forever. Take a small amount in your fingertips and after you flat iron smooth down the flyaways and little hairs that stick up. You can also put it in your hair when your hair is still wet- blowdry, then flat iron for the same effect. I dont have much time to get ready in the mornings but this literally takes me about 5 minutes. Good luck!

Deep-condition your hair once a week. Wash your hair then put on a rich conditioner (K-Pak by Joico is great and it smells wonderful!), and pin it up under a shower cap while you shave your legs or whatever, then rinse (try to leave it on for about 5-10 minutes). Shine serums are good, too, but don't use too much or you risk looking greasy. I have the spray kind from Treseme and I just spray it on a brush, then run the brush through my dry hair. Nice shine and no grease. :)

They have their own hair stylist who puts a lot of stuff in their hair to make it look nice. It doesnt really last all day everyday, celebrities have had hair days too. If people say you have nice hair then enjoy it...dont compare it with what you see in the mirror because what you see is different than what people see.

They have a team of professional hair people following them around and probably use lots of really expensive products.
You can get products that make hair shiny.
In my own experience a little lotion (yes, the kind for your hands) goes a long way to smooth those little hairs.

Hey, celebrities have professional to do their hair. Your hair is JUST like mine. I always wonder why other people's hairs are all the same length, but mine are different lengths. It might be because you're just a kid, and I'm pretty sure it is.Don't worry, because I always get jealous of celebrities' hair. Most girls do. But keep your chin up because I'm sure your hair is TOTALLY gorgeous just the way it is! Happy New Year! Good luck in everything you do!

thers hair sprays for that stuff, g2b hair shine thing works very well, remember that its come in a spray bottle. and as for miley, it all depends that type of hair you have, just cause it looks good on her, doesn't mean it looks good on everyone, i learned that the hard way, try making up ur own style. be diff. and even though tho u don't like it, remeber it just hair, it grows back.

Here are some tips for you to keep your hair healthy and beautiful looking!
1. Do NOT wash your hair everyday, to avoid having dry hair. Try washing it every second day instead.
2. Avoid Perms, they damage your hair.
3. Never fully dye your hair.
4. Trim your hair monthly, avoid split ends!
5. Don't blow-dry your hair, that's practically killing it!
Hope that helps and that it's 'Best answer' material

Many use a 'clear coat' which is applied in many salons (and is probably available at salon supplies stores). Some people say the product causes hair loss. I don't know if it is true.

It's as easy as using a serum shine. It'll keep those "fly aways" in place and make your hair shine. You can find a serum at any beauty store.
