I have about 2 1/2 weeks and I would like to at least lost 10 lbs if possible.

per all calorie counters online the elliptical burns more calories. However, if you have bad knees, the treadmill is the better route. I have both, and the elliptical burns more, but also takes a lot more energy. My husband sticks with the treadmill because of his joints, and just takes a little longer to burn.

elliptical but you will have to eat healthy to lose the 10 lbs in 2.5 weeks

Elliptical is supposed to burn more than the treadmill.

The elliptical because it burns more calories and is good on the random selection.

elliptical gives you a better all around work out (espically if you use the top bars)... Treadmill is still a good cardio work out too....

Treadmill will give you a better workout if you add uphill slopes and increase walking speed.

u should definetly go on the treadmill thats what i go on it helpes try going on half an hour a day or more. best of luck .Thankyou
