The fastest way to lose weight is to stick to a good clean diet, give up empty calorie beverages like soda, don't even drink diet soda, they just make you thirsty and the companies put chemicals in them to made them addictive. Drink lots of water, I have found the best diet for losing weight quickly is a high protein diet, use lean meats. Do this for only two weeks then just eat healthy. Do the high protein again in a couple of weeks, but never for long periods, it can damage your kidneys if they are not healthy. Once you lose those first 10 to 15 pounds, you will feel better, lose the rest slowly so there is more of a chance of not regaining it.
