Riding in an airplane doesn't seem to bother me though. I've even been on rollar coasters. But elevators, stairs, ladders,bridges (both the walking type and the driving type) do.

Go skydiving, bungee jumping, parasailing, ect...

Basically, do the thing that you are scared of.

You can't really help the fear of heights. A height is a place where you can die if you arent careful. If you are climbing something theres the repeated line NEVER look down! your mind begins to think about what will happen to it when you fall down, taking away youre concentration on whatever you're climbing making it much more likely for you to spazz out and die.
