Drink lots of water to carry the fat out of your body...keep up the good work! Diet and exercise are the only two things that will help you lose weight.

Without anymore information then you gave, here goes! If you are not in fairly good walking or jogging condition, don't over do it. Walk about 10 to 15 minutes with a .5 to 1.0 incline and take your pulse as soon as you stop 15 seconds times 4 = 1 minute rate. Watch what you eat, smaller portions, less sugar and less starches. Add a little more incline to your daily walks and a few more minutes and record your heart rate and mins./mileage. If you have hunger binges, drink more water and stay busy, after about 30 minutes the extra water may help curb the hunger by making you feel full. At anytime you feel dizzy or faint, stop the treadmill. The best thing to do is get a physical from your doctor before starting any exercise regiment, but most people don't, but getting your blood pressure and other doctor related checkups could benefit your weight loss and long term heath. Don't set unrealistic goals so you won't want to give up,and don't start out to hard or you may burn-out. Good luck and go to a 5K and meet new friends and do the walk, it will inspire you and get you off the treadmill which can become boring after a while.Have fun and soon you may be jogging and start running with your new friends.

I would also suggest to you that you include some weight training as well. Circuit training does wonders in getting fat off quickly and helping to maintain muscle which also helps to keep fat off. Don't worry about the numbers, it's really an issue of developing a healthy lifestyle. It should be the lifestyle that is the focus of the change, not the weight or some number.

Yes, assuming you eat nutritionally, and drink plenty of water. Becareful of too much treadmill or injuries can occur that may end up in a set back. Try to add variety to your workout and be sure to include some light weights and upper body work.

exercise, and remember to hydrate hydrate hydrate!
i would suggest joining the school track team or some other school oriented group. that way you would make alot of new friends and find someone to work out with that is around the same level as you are.

those are both good plans. drink plenty of water. try joining Weight watchers it's a great way of losing weight.

as far as eating healthy go for the campbells soup at hand, the chicken with mini noodles and chicken and stars are only 70 calories! and quite filling. :)

not only to eat healthy...but you have to eat less. my vegetarian co-worker and his entire family is obese... my gay co-worker who eats fast food twice a day for lunch and dinner is skinny as a stick because he eats often but not too much at once.
