I cant stand cold weather even if I wear lots of warm clothes I still feel cold and I really suffer during winter, please give me some advice!

You may be anemic, which is common in women. You should have a doctor check your iron levels, and if you are anemic, you can take an iron supplement, or eat an iron-rich diet. That may help. Otherwise, I advise thermal underwear if you have to go out, otherwise...sit by the heater!! lol Good luck!

I am not in any way a doctor, but maybe if you are thin build and have thin blood that would be why you are cold even with many clothes on. I heard that blood is thicker in the winter and thinner in the summer based on weather outside. And if you thin you don't have a lot of body fat to warm you up.

besides dressing warm, you could exercise.

just a little bit several times a day gets the muscles moving and the muscle movement generates heat.

drinking hot drinks helps some people.

also you lose up to 30% of your body heat thru your neck and head so if possible wear a t neck, neck scarf and/ or a hat.

I feel the same way as you I am always cold . I live with 2 women who are hot all the time so I have to dress to keep warm . Its not fare for us to suffer we as cold as they are hot I can't get them to see it my way , good luck to you !

Have your thyroid levels checked. It can be a cause of coldness.

Also if you are a smoker, that also makes you colder.
