I know that the caffeine in tea steals iron from your system. I was wondering if I could drink decaff tea with splenda in it and include it with my water consumption?

No way. Splenda is a strange mix of chemicals.

Caffeine doesn't steal iron, especially in the small quantities that tea has. That's a load of B.S. The chemicals used in decaffeinating the tea and the chemicals that ARE Splenda have a far worse effect on your health than the real things do.

Don't understand your question, but tea is made with water. So counts as drinking water.
Stevia is a better all-natural option to Splenda.

I think that it would count towards some part of your water intake just as drinking water with Crystal Light in it... but it is not as goood as the real thing.... I
