Lean meats (Steak, Chicken) add a little Whey Protein to your yogurt or cereal in the AM. Also, as a snack you could have a protein bar.

I found the Isagenix protein/cleanse shakes to be amazing. What's great is you get all the protein you need and can workout right after comsuming them, without feeling bloated etc.. They also provide many of the other nutrients you need for building a stronger, leaner, better preforming body.

lean turkey,fish- salmon and halibut are really good,and the old faithful grilled chicken.I like to grill a bunch of chicken at a time and concoct all kinds of chicken salad recipes.My latest is chicken,pineapple,grapes,and cucumber with a little honey mustard to keep it all together-yum!
