I just put a boneless chicken breast covered in lemon pepper and tony's in my oven, covered in aluminum foil at 325 degrees. I also put an aluminum foil pack of veggies in there. It was all defrosted before I put them in there. How long should I leave them in?

I'm so anal about cooking chicken so I usually cook it about 45 minutes. Slice it down the middle to make sure there isn't any pink and you should be good.

The chicken should be cooked at about 350 for 45 - 60 minutes (after 45 check to see if the chicken is still pink). Put the veggies in for the last 20 minutes.

If you preheated your oven first - 20-25 mins should be plenty for a boneless breast. After 29 mins, make a small cut in the thickest part - if the meat is white and there is no pink tinge to the juices, you're done! And it sounds yummy!

Check in 20 min. Chicken is kinda fickle when it comes to oven cooking, it can come out dry sometimes. Cut it open after 20 min and if the juice is clear then you are ok, If the juice is not clear yet, is is not quite done. I would cut it into smaller chunks and pan fry with a tiny bit of oil until done.

The chicken should be good in about 15-20 minutes. Any more than that and it turns to jerky.
The veggies I would pop in there for about the same but separate unless you don't mind the smell of one in the other.

About 25 minutes should be good. If you're in doubt, you can just cut the chicken breast at the thickest part and make sure it's white all the way through.

I'd say about 20 minutes. Cut the thickest piece of chicken to make sure that it is white all the way through. If it's not stick it back in a few more minutes.

id say bout 35 min. at about 25 min take it out and cut into one to see what the inside looks like if its still super pink then leave for about 20 more min
