Well, like it or not, Bush has not committed any crimes. Sadam was not on trial for war crimes. He was on trialfor just crimes he committed. Now, if Bush were to use chemical weapons on Chicago, I am sure he would stand trial. You may not support the Pres. or the conflict in Iraq, but no laws have been broken.

About the only thing he's broken was UN Sanctions when he invaded Iraq.
This is not a crime.
Mr. Bush also has not attempted to erase an entire ethnic group as Saddam did with the Kurds.
You're comparing apples and oranges. It can't be done.

Dear Brother
You are right Saddam is responsible for the death of thousands of iraqis.....and bush is responsible for the death of thousands of american soldiers in iraq (3,000).....
But a nice smart question would be .....saddam used chemical wrafare on iraqis in the 1980s.....why convict him now.....why did the US shut up when they saw saddam kill thousands of his people........please tell others to wake up....War revives the American Economy, and it is known since world war 2.........
they are both criminals......but....they turn on each others and set traps to each others....but saddam was not smart enough to get the trick...he was given a green light by the american embassador ....in 1990 to invade kuwait.....and after he invaded kuwait...the americans get to his neck...its an old trick.....i dont think bush will be hanged .....i dont want him to be hung...i am against execution...but.....he is fooling the US citizens..and playing a tough cowboy on the world.....he acting like robocop....the american people is what i care for......they are good and brave....

Saddam was executed by his own people, by his own country's legal form of "justice" for his own misdeeds, for the many atrocities he, his two sons and his cronies and family have perpetrated on thousands of others for about 25 years. He received a trial and had legal council... more than his countless victims ever received.
He was not tried by our judicial system, by our laws or by our standards and our sense of decorum.
He was taunted... big deal... who in hell cares that his feelings were "hurt"? He was not raped or tortured for long hours before he was killed, as many of his victims were... and THAT was what many were calling for in Iraq; the people have lived amidst such gruesome violence for so many years that they've become hardened by the atrocities they saw daily and grew up with, and that is what they now know... unfortunately. Do they know the difference between revenge and justice...? At this point, it really doesn't matter much. They will need a few decades of education, of outside influence to change their thinking and behavior, and hopefully, put a stop to their tribal way of living.
What matters is that Saddam is no longer present for some fanatics to come along and kidnap a few hundred Americans and demand his release...
It's what is commonly called "another page in another chapter of history." Where is YOUR compassion for the thousands that were slaughtered, tortured, raped, gassed by Saddam and his sons and his family and henchmen? Where is your compassion for the many women and children and elderly that were killed, tortured and maimed without a second thought while he robbed his nation and lived in outrageous opulance?

So I must have missed something. When was Bush there to testify against him? I didn't see Bush at the gallows either. Nor did I see him present a case against him during the trial. Bush will never hang. Hell, they couldn't fire Clinton for a stinking BJ.......

Interesting question. I guess it could happen if someone took over the US and deemed the things he did inhumane. Not very likely because his dad still keeps tabs with the CIA, they control everything behind closed doors. Who knows what the CIA has been behind. JKF,9/11,Gulf War,John Lennon, etc. Not going to be behind hanging "W" as a war criminal though. BUt you never know. Fade to space music... Dododododododododo
