Why does my vascularity shows alot when its warm?when its cold my arms dont show no vascularity.?

Because when it's cold, the body will constrict the blood vessels in order to maintain a warm core temperature. You may even see people with their faces or noses that are blue in the winter time....this is what is going on. When it's hot, the body will enlarge the blood vessels.....to regulate the core temperature. Your brain controls a lot of different functions that many people don't realize.
