I'm with Shop-o-holic on this one - if you look like your picture, it's fresh fruit & veg you need, not microwave junk.

Having said that, the best microwave meal I've had recently was heating up some of my delicious Special Christmas Lunch Soup. It was all the vegetables left over from Christmas lunch with some vegetable stock and red wine, then whizzed up in the blender and re-heated in the microwave. It was simply scrummy!

Taquitas(Tokita)!!!!! you can get them at Wal-Mart($6.96 a box) in the frozen food section. You get about 15 mexican tortilla rolls filled with steak or chicken and cheese. Dude the melt in your mouth and you can cook 'bout 5 at a time for 45 seconds. If that ain't fast enough you'll still keep buying them

time/taste ratio. seriously though, if you want something that tastes good then take your time. 2 Fresh chicken breast diced, panfried with little fat only for about 5 mins. add some chopped spring onions, some sliced mushrooms, pot of elmlea double cream 3 tbs mustard simmer for 20 mins. serve with new pots and green beans and viola tasty. and belive me its worth takin the time its simple but better than any ready meal ive ever tried.

In the superstore, fruits are usually chosen far too soon. Some are rocks, many are wrong. Some of the fruit and vegetables are right (zucchini, onions, garlic, lettuce, greens, and a few others) so I'd have to go with vegetables.
