Which is better Gas or Electric? Why?

Good cooks prefer gas. If you are busy and a just boil water kind of cook, then go with an electric smooth top range (super easy to clean)

I prefer gas stoves because the heat is easier to control.
Electric ranges take a little while for the burners to heat up and then once you turn the heat down it takes awhile for the heating elements to cool. Gas flame is much more immediate as far as temperature control.

Where I live gas is a far cheaper way to cook.If you want to know the best way to go, ask yourself a few questions.Does the electricity go out where you live?Is my electric bill steady and cheap?If you say yes to any---go GAS.......You decide.

I like gas because the food taste much better and like it came just off the fire.
