Well, yes and no. Christ came for all man, but came first to the Jews, and makes it very plain the He did so. Romans 11 is directed specifically to the Gentile (non-Jew) believers, addressing them as the "grafted branches".
In Matthew 15, a Canaanite woman begs for healing and is rebuffed:
24. He answered, "I was sent only to the lost sheep of Israel."
25. The woman came and knelt before him. "Lord, help me!" she said.
26. He replied, "It is not right to take the children's bread and toss it to their dogs."
There is a clear distinction here that this woman is NOT a Jew, and therefore cannot expect blessings intended for the Jews. However, the woman understands this and replies:
27."Yes, Lord," she said, "but even the dogs eat the crumbs that fall from their masters' table." She knows that He came for all humanity, even though He came first for his Chosen People. Jesus's answer confirms this:
28.Then Jesus answered, "Woman, you have great faith! Your request is granted." And her daughter was healed from that very hour.
Most Christians of today are those "grafted branches". Though there are Jews who are also Christian, they still see themselves as somewhat seperate from the rest of us, and still retain the identity of "Jew" - generally prefaced by "Messianic" - which also serves to distinguish them from the Jews who do not recognize Jesus as the promised Messiah.
Read also Acts 15, which discusses the faithful remnant of Jews and the salvation of the Gentiles.
I suppose you are right, in that God does not make distinction among the faithful, but I'm not entirely sure that makes us Jews either.

Jesus was indeed the King of the Jews. Now he is King of all gentiles who believe in him. Jesus was a Jew you're right, but the Jews rejected him and gentiles, non-jews, (some) accepted him.

Christians aren't Jews. Christians are followers of Christ.
Also, INRI is meant as an irony.

Christ was a Jew, Christians are foillowers of Christ. We believe in both the OT and the NT. Jews only believe that the OT is the truth, and not the NT with Jesus.

Yes Jesus was a Jew. We are Christians, who believe that Jesus came to die in our place.

that's why the Old Testament is incorporated into the Bible, so we don't forget our roots.
However, Christians have evolved from Jews (see, I understand evolution after all!).
