If you have a good patch of newgrowth, go into a salon and see if someone can work with your hair to get it back to your natural shade. If you have too much color on it, it might be a longer process, and cost a pretty penny, but in the end when you're doing this, you should have a professional help you.

hi sophie i am a hairdresser myself and the best thing for you to do is to wait until your have a root regrowth (roots showing through ) then go to your hairdresser where they will be able to do a colour match to turn your hair back to your naturall colour.
if the problem is that you have been dying your hair blonde and it is now a yellow / orange colour then you can get a ash toner to tone it down a bit if thats not the case then you should defo visit your hairdresser even if it is just for some advice of what colour to buy if you want to do it yourself good luck hun hope your hair looks great when its done

What i would do if you were in my chair i would look to see what your natural color then i would fill in your color with a filler...then after i filled your hair i would find the tint that's the closest to your color...Not to hard to do .You wondering hmmm whats a filler well a filler is this its a semi or demi color that's put on the hair to fill in the spots that need to be filled in ...After you do this you will leave this on your hair 15-20 mins Don't rinse out what you wanna do it towel dry it out ...they while your hair is still semi wet from the filler you then will go a head with the color that is closest to your natural color ,If you have any question contact me thur IM Good luck

my friend recently tried to dye her hair blond and she is a brunette, it went orange!!!! what she did was she bought a hair striping solution which takes all the un-natural hair colour out and should leave you with your natural colour or near to. otherwise only other thing i could recommend is to go to a hairdresser and they will do all this for you professionally which is probably your best bet.

I am not sure you can get your hair exactly back to how you want it. :( If i was you i would mention it at your next hairdressers appointment. They could suggest how to get it back. Try to search on yahoo if you are bothered and you really need it doing too soon! I hope I helped in a way!
