Pray that puberty will grant you some height. You have til' around 18 so don't give up yet.
I was around that height at your age and I'm 5'10 at 21 now.
You could still grow a lot.

Don't worry so much about height, but if you really want to grow, here's how you do it:
sleep A LOT. get at least 8 hours a night, every night, no matter what.
Eat a diet rich in vitamins and minerals.
If these don't work, there are more extensive measures available to you, and there are what they call "height doctors" who can give you growth (hormone) pills in the next few years (they're designed for people between the ages of 13 and 15). But, I would say that you should let nature take its course- you may hit your growth spurt late (I hit mine at 18). just don't worry about it so much- focus on what you can control.

1) Eat right, get enough sleep, and excercise.
2) Pray.
3) Have taller parents.
(this worked for my daughter, who went from 5'0" at 12 to 5'8" at 16.)
If you have already gone through puberty, you're pretty much out of luck. However, if you have not yet done the whole puberty thing, there's still time for a growth spurt or two.

There are no option to grow taller so easy, but make sure you eat enaugh, and if you're a vegetarian, you also grow up less. So, eat animal products (meat, milk, eggs...) and also soya and there might be a bigger chance of growing up. Being a vegetarian or eating less than normal can slow up your growing. And note that: you can still grow up later, some of people grow up when they're younger and some when they're older. When I was little I was growing up slowly but at the age of eleven I started growing up very quickly. Maybe you're one of those who grow up when they're later. Don't give up.

There is no way to get taller than you were meant to be. You may not have reached your full height yet, but you may have. I'm sorry, I know that's not what you wanted to hear, but it's the truth. You can eat good food (not junk) and build strong bones, but you can't force yourself to be taller. You just have to learn to like yourself at the height you are.

Stretching usually helps, and excersize is always a key: walk, run, jump rope--all of these usually helps. But not always will they make you taller. It is usually in your genes. And if you are still growing, then give it time, it is still likely that you'll get taller as you age.

When I was 13 I was around your height.. but I'm barely 5'0 now and I'm almost 20 :x So basically.. your genes will determine your height. If there was a way for me to get tall, believe I would have done it.

You're only 13. Give it some time and don't be in too much of hurry to grow up. Enjoy your youth while you have it.
You still have some growing to do. You may want to be bigger and older now, but later, you'll be wanting your youth back.

I heard that if you drink coffee, it slowly makes your bones stop from growing.
I doubt a 13 year old drinks coffee though
