Does he ever say you cant follow me...since he is God and can reject anyone he wants.

If you commit the unforgivable sin then yes, God will FOREVER deny you entrance into heaven. That's according to Christian scripture.

It may seem God has rejected you but he hasn't. God loves us all and created us in his own image. Why would he say to himself, " I don't want me to follow myself? ". Sometimes we think he is rejecting us and prayers go unanswered. But in due time things come around to bless you and bring you back up. Remember the story of Job, he lost everything but never gave up on God and God never gave up on Job.

God doesn't reject anyone but it's people who reject him by comparing people, things with him......
People pray to statue of Mary (Wrong) Why don't people pray to him directly just like Muslims do
People compare him with Prophets, People, and things like Fire or Stones (Wrong)
He must be getting really dis-hearted after all he sent down million Prophets to guide people

He rejected my idea to become a pries and try to help HIM, instead he said, but you can serve me, by been my servant, so, I accept it, though I will ask HIM(God), so what will i be doing?, just be your self, and believed in me,respect and follow the commandments. He said. Yes I said but I really want to do something more, like Jesus did, or become someone different. and he said "not, but you can Love your parents, and made then Happy that will be good". and I think I did, I prey to HIM(God), and to Jesus everyday, and I fell happy. actually that's not the case .
if you follow your religion carefully and if you have good deeds,you'll be able to see him and go to HEAVENS :) .
Islam ,Quran (religion the latest religion,came to fill up the gaps of Tourat,Bible and all the previous books. states the best way to see God and become immortal for eternity in the after life in heavens ,but you have to work hard in life ,actually not all people are going to heavens although God is mercifull and generous .
because God won't gather good people with bad people.so good people can suffer again.
Mary is virgin ,who says the opposite is my enemy .
