Why don't you just go to insureme.com and give them your information and wait for agents to call you with quotes, that way you will be able to compare to make sure you get the best rates.

They have millions of numbers for different purposes and you need to cal the customer service of Blue Cross Blue Shield and tell them
what you need and they'll give you the right number that if you're lucky ??????

I don't think they write directly - you have to go through an independent agent.
But you can call them here, and they'll tell you what to do.
