There is a product that is used to cover scars that works on tattoos as well. It is called DermaBlend and you can find it in most drug stores. It is easy to use, won't rub off on clothing and doesn't streak or run if you sweat.

There is coverage/concealer makeup that you can use on small areas - check out Dermablend.
I used some for my wedding, because the tattoo on my shoulder (which is usually hidden by my shirt) was visible because of how my dress was cut. We used a mixture of Dermablend and some concealer makeup to get the right skin tone, brushed over it with powder, then did the whole area with "Spray-on Nylons" to make it all blend in together. Don't laugh - it worked! In the pictures you can't tell I have a tattoo...

They sell concealor thats made especially for covering up tattoos. I imagine its thicker than other kinds of make up. you can probably find it at the store, or I know you can find it on ebay.

yeah there make up for it i have to use it sometime. its called skin ink look for it. frust me i half both of my arms coverd
