Close friends for 7 years, this couple has been dating off and on for the last 5. During this time he has always promoted her enjoyment of other women by participating but with minimal interaction. He met the other 2 women at a time when the couple were not dating and had previously engaged in sexual activity with them on two separate occasions. This actually puts a twist in the scenario even without the monthly visitor.

I think it is her first choice whether the activities proceed as planned. Then, the participants need to give the ok as well. However, it might be a bit easier just to re-schedule. Don't even think of excluding her if you all are actively dating.

Who's fault is that? Look at the calendar man. I know when my wife is going to have her period and plan romantic weekends around it.
