Depends on if it was cooked or served wtih any sauces or gravy. If not, then no carbs. Gravy however had tons of carbs!

Not really no. Meat is mostly protein and some fat. Carbohydrates are mostly found as starches and sugars and fiber. There is a small amount of natural sugars found in meats, but these are few and far between and generally negligible nutritionally, but useful in cooking techniques such as caramelizing meats cooked in the skillet or on the grill. This is what turns the meat brown instead of gray, as in boiling. If you are on a low-carb diet, then meat is considered good unless it is battered and fried as the batter contains carbohydrates!

It depends are you eating it plain or as a sandwich? Sandwich will have carbs. So will adding gravy to plain roast beef.
