i like changing all the time.
see, what happens is i start on a new candy (or snack -sweet or salty) and i'll keep eating it for like 2-3 weeks almost every day a bit (i'm not fat). and by the end of the 3 weeks i don't want it any more and i change to another candy or i take a break. after a month of two i'll want it again but not so much. (mentos - i haven't wanted or eaten for like 2 years..)
