Could you please pray that I'll learn how to relax and focus so that I can be productive, and stop worrying and fretting?

The more you draw to God the more you learn to trust him. Perfect love casts out fear, and God is perfect love. The bible says that fear is lack of faith. You're on the right track by turning to God. I was on medication for 8 years because of anxiety and OCD and depression. By learning to trust Him, he has delivered me from all of that. I've been off medication for a year now. You can either choose to be anxious about things or pray and give it to God and trust Him that he is going to take care of it. He always does.

and know God must have heard.
I felt the answer in my heart
although He spoke not a word.
I didn't ask for wealth or fame
I knew you wouldn't mind.
I asked for priceless treasure rare
of a more lasting kind.
I prayed that He'd be near you

to grant you health and blessings fair
and friends to share your way.
I asked for happiness for you,

May the all mighty and power full creator of it all have mercy and compassion for your discomfort.
Lord all mighty please help Maid Marian to relax and focus so she can be productive in the her life and in the building of your kingdom.
Take away all worry and frittering so that life can be better appreciated.
Please Lord forgive us all for we fall short. Let your leading hand be our guide.
