Here are some links to the best shocks I know... Those ranchos are a great shock, great experiance with them. Those gabrial max controls are some pretty mean lookin ones, I have had gabrial and loved them, just not that exact kind. Hope these links help!!

Go to a dodge dealership and have them get a set of the original shocks that came on it. Those aftermarket shocks are way overrated and will not do you any good.

lot of people likes billisten shocks.
goto www.dakota-durango.com and ask the peopel in there. they can give you awhole list of shocks that are great and bad in the durangos.
