You know I have been patient with your busy schedule and since you can't find time for me I think you need to find someone else that can handle your busy schedule. Sorry but I have been waiting for too long and I can’t have a relationship like this!
and he just said the following

so did he ever really care or did he just wait for me to say its over and to say that to get id of me? Whats the chance that he really loves me? well to me its obvious from this that he didnt but I just want a guys second opinion

The way i see it, he doesn't really care or want you!
sorry but i think he was just playing all along! so don't wast time on him. if he did want you, he would not say "k bubye"!!!
