The sentence is "Vuoi sposarmi ??"or ""Mi vuoi sposare ??"
Since it's obvious that the relation between asker and answerer is absolutely confidential my suggestion is to avoid to put the name (that however should be at the start ex.? Marco,vuoi sposarmi ?' or 'Maria,mi vuoi sposare") and replace the name with "Amore mio" (My love) or "Mio caro < mia cara" (my darling).
By quoting the name looks to me being too formal, but in anyway correct.

would do. Intuitively I would put his/her name first. XY, mi vuoi sposare?

The most appropriate phrase is "Vuoi sposarmi?".
If you wish, you can begin with her/his name, e.g. "Marco/Michela, vuoi sposarmi?".
