I am searching for someone...Does anyone know where I might be able to find Tracy Figueroa?

I have tried every search available to me on the net and have even done a background search and it is like she has fallen of the face of the earth, it is important that I locate her for my daughters sake....Can anyone help me?!?

I don't think she would have internet access and I have also tried myspace and all others like myspace....I am so stuck and no one seems to have a clue where she is...Her family doesn't even know....
