Get some nice thick center cut, and boneless chops. Marinate them in Worcestershire sauce. Dust with cracked black pepper, and a little Kosher salt. Then grill to a yummy perfection. Serve with baked beans, corn on the cob, and some Hawaiian sweet rolls.

The only way we eat pork chops is the following:
fry package of chops in a pan with a little butter, salt, pepper & Lowery's seasoning salt
In an oven-safe dish empty 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup, 1 can of milk, 2 tbsp butter, and sliced potatoes (I usually use the ones in the can, they're great); MIX
Once the chops are browned and still a little pink in the middle you throw them in the dish of potatoes and put in the oven at 450 for 45 min or so.
Chops stay very tender and you have 1 veggie already included.

VERY EASY PORK CHOPS!
This is good for thick boneless pork chops:
Preheat oven 400 degrees
Moisten pork on each side with olive oil. Sprinkle each side with salt, pepper, powdered onion and powdered garlic. Dredge in Italian seasoned bread crumbs. Place in a shallow pan sprayed with Pam -like spray. Bake for 20 minutes or till done. Good stuff!

Season your chops with seasoned salt, a dash of thyme, garlic powder, and pepper. In a casserole dish, add a can of cream of mushroom soup, a half can of water, chopped onion, baby carrots, and diced potatoes. Put the chops in there and cover the dish with a lid. Bake in the oven on 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until the chops are tender. Serve this dish with rice OR mashed potatoes, and dinner rolls. Simple and very enjoyable.

Brown pork chops slightly, mix 2 cans of cream of mushroom with garlic soup with enough milk to make into a soup consistency, add to pork chops & simmer covered for approx. 20 minutes or until pork chops are done, turn chops once or twice during the cooking process.

Smothered Pork Chops are my families fav. Just mix uncooked minute rice with 2 cans cream mushroom soup, and put into bottom of 9x13 pan. put raw Porkchops on top of rice, and cover pan with foil. Bake on 250-300 for 2-3 hours, until rice is fully cooked, and Pork Chops are fully cooked. Serve with hot rolls and a side of veggies.

Take your pork chops, about a pound of baby carrots, 2 or so pounds of peeled sliced potatoes, 1 medium onion sliced, a can of tomato sauce or tomatoes, salt and pepper, put it all in a Reynolds oven cooking bag. Tie shut. Bake at 375 for about 2 hours or until pork chops are tender. My favorite way to cook them and delicious.

Place stalks of celery over the bottom of a glass baking pan. Season chops with salt and pepper and lay them on the celery. Slice an onion and lay the slices over the chops. Mix two tablespoons of ketchup with 1/2 cup of vinegar and pour it over the meat. Bake at 350 degrees about 40 minutes. (Baking time will depend on how thick the chops are. Very thin ones will cook much faster. Don't let them dry out.)

Season the pork chops with garlic salt, pepper, and your choice of seasoned salt. Heat about 1/2 pan of oil in large skillet until oil sizzles when a drop of water is sprinkled in it. Reduce heat to medium high. Coat pork chops with flour and fry them until edges are brown and appear crispy, turn them over. Remove them from oil and place on a few sheets of paper towel when pork chop is brown and popping slows. Just made them yesterday with yellow rice and corn.

Fry in a skillet, then add cream of mushroom soup and let simmer for about half an hour. Rice or potatoes on the side with a salad or vegie and you have dinner. (only add about 1/2 a can of water to the condensed soup)
