Tampons, girl. No subsitute for 'em. I used them to get through swim practice, soccer practice, fencing classes, and aerobic dance classes. Tampon + panty liner = only reasonable comfortable option for exercise while on your period.

I would say that while dancing you might want to use a panty liner as opposed to a pad its much smaller and un abtrusive...it would probably be fine to use for and hour long class.
Other than that try to find someone trusted to ask...your teacher if a woman would be a good choice as she would most likely be discreet. good luck!

your best bet is a tampon. They don't move around like a pad does, which can cause leaks, get the good ones, Tampax Pearl are great because they have the absorbent thingy on the string so even if it starts to leak, it won't get any farther than the string.

I have no clue but try google questions or some thing and hope for the best or ask your fellow dancers what they wear (but only one you know kinda well you don't want this to get out to every one you know!)
