Oh I wouldn't do that, you never know how she might take it. You could try something similar but a little different if you really like it that much.

i would if it was cute and totally worth it and if your not scared to, if you cut it, wait for it to grow out if you dont like it,remember, just because one might have a cute face, not all hairstyles will apply!
