No cholesterol.
High fat.
High protein (peanut butter is higher).

Look for better than peanut butter in the stores. It's low fat and high in protein. It's made with soy.

yes it is big time soy has minerals that your body needs and it,s easier to digest were peanut has only protein and too much fat the peanut butter is harder to digest and sticks to your aerates and it ,s harder to digest that,s why people get fat.
